Tennessee Watson is documentarian and social activist with special interests in Latin America, migrant worker issues and migrant health care She is a 2003 graduate from Colby College in Waterville, Maine. Tennessee is fluent in Spanish, studied for a year at the University of Havana and offers a focused understanding of Latin American politics, media, and culture. She has also traveled widely in Europe, Latin America and Asia.

Suzanne Welch has been married to Bill Watson since 2002. She is a major part of the support for our work, a committed feminist, social activist, and a supporter of local arts. Suzanne has enjoyed a 35-year career in sales marketing and human resources with Eastman Kodak Company and Corning Inc. She is currently Director of Worldwide Compensation and Benefits for Eastman Kodak. She has served on boards for the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, the Orchestra of the Southern Finger Lakes, United Way of the Southern Tier and the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University.
